Can you keep my current design?
If it works, parts of it can carry over: your colours, your logo, a layout your customers already know. What rarely survives is the structure, because what changes the result is usually where everything sits rather than how it looks.
How long does a redesign take?
Two weeks from the go-ahead, the same as a new build. A redesign has a head start on content since your services, photos, and history already exist somewhere.
What if I only need a few pages fixed?
Worth saying on the call. If two pages are the problem, that's a smaller job than a redesign and should be quoted as one.
