How long does it take?
The prototype is usually ready within a week. The full build depends on what the software needs to do. We set the timeline during scoping.
Could we just buy something off the shelf instead?
Maybe, and we'll check before you spend anything on a build. If something on the market fits your problem, we'll point you to it. Buying is usually cheaper than building.
Do I own it?
Yes, you own all of the code and the data. We can host it for you, or you can choose to host it yourself.
Can you work with the software we already have?
Usually, yes. Most of the apps you already use can pass their data to each other, and that's the connection we build.
How do I know if I need AI or regular software?
It depends on the use case, and we'll tell you. Often regular software gets the job done on its own. AI is worth adding when something has to be read, understood or judged: a document, a photo, a recording.
We tried Zapier and it broke. Why would this be different?
Zapier is good until the work gets complicated. When it breaks, it's usually because the process needed real software and got a shortcut instead.
Do we need someone technical on our end?
No. We handle that part. What we need from you is somebody who knows how the process works today.
