No. Every page is drawn for your business and coded from scratch. That's why you get three designs to choose from instead of a theme with your logo dropped into it.

Next.js and React, hosted on Vercel, for most sites. Shopify where you're selling products and want to run the store yourself. WordPress only when there's a real reason for it. The right answer depends on what the site has to do, and we'll tell you which one we'd pick and why.

Most land between $2,100 and $10,000 for the build. You get a clear, all-in quote before anything is agreed, so the number is settled before you commit to it. Bigger or more custom projects get quoted on their own.

Half to book the build once you've picked a design, half when the site goes live. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices at the end.

Not unless you want one. The build is paid once. Hosting and a care plan are available if you'd rather we look after it, and plenty of clients take that, but nothing about the site depends on it.

Usually we rebuild rather than patch, because the things people want fixed, speed, layout, how it reads on a phone, tend to be baked into how the old site was put together. Your rankings come with you: the pages that rank keep their addresses, and anything that has to move gets a permanent redirect.

Yes, and it's in the build rather than sold separately. Your Google Business Profile, schema, page structure, and the setup that gets you quoted by ChatGPT and Google's AI answers. Ongoing SEO work is its own thing and we'll tell you honestly whether you need it.

We do, and we've shipped six of our own. If your business needs a booking system, a customer portal, an internal tool or a mobile app, it gets built here rather than farmed out.

You tell us what needs changing and we change it, usually the same day. Hosting, backups and updates are handled if you're on a care plan. Either way you're reaching the people who built the site, not a ticket queue.
