Is the initial design work really free?
Free. No card, no deposit, nothing to cancel. You look at the concepts and decide. If you like them, we build out the full site.
What if I don't like any of them?
If that happens it usually means we missed something on the intro call, so we go back and get it right. We draw them again based on your feedback. Or you walk away, no hard feelings.
What happens after I pick one?
We build the site from the design you chose, pulling in anything you liked from the others. You click through it, tell us what to change, and we keep revising until you're happy with it.
How long does the whole thing take?
You get the designs five business days after the intro call. Once you've picked one, most sites are live two weeks after your go-ahead. A store, online booking or custom software takes longer, and you get the date with the quote.

Who actually builds my site?

Do you use templates?
No. Every page is drawn for your business and coded from scratch. That's why you get multiple designs to choose from instead of a theme with your logo dropped into it.
What do you build on?
Next.js and React for most sites, hosted on Cloudflare or Vercel. For an online store, either Shopify or a custom build, and we'll go through the trade-offs with you and land on the one that fits how you want to run it. WordPress when there's a real reason for it. And if your business already runs on a particular stack, or one is a requirement on your end, we'll build and deploy on it.
What does a site cost?
Sites start at $2,100 for the build. You get a clear, all-in quote before anything is agreed, so the number is settled before you commit to it. Bigger or more custom projects get quoted on their own.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not unless you choose one of our ongoing care plans. The build itself is paid once.
What's included in the build?
Ten custom pages to start, copywriting, a mobile-first design, contact forms and click-to-call, your Google Business Profile with SEO and AI-search setup, business email, analytics and search reporting, and hosting, SSL and domain setup. A store, online booking, customer logins and profiles, messaging, payments, photography, video and custom software get quoted with the build and shown on their own line, so you always see what costs what.
Can you work with the site I already have?
Usually we rebuild rather than patch, because the things people want fixed, speed, layout, how it reads on a phone, tend to be baked into how the old site was put together. Your rankings come with you: the pages that rank keep their addresses, and anything that has to move gets a permanent redirect.
Do you do SEO?
Yes, and it's built in rather than sold separately. Your Google Business Profile, schema, page structure and the technical side are all set up before launch. Ongoing SEO is its own work, and it takes a lot of forms: content, local, technical, reviews, getting cited elsewhere. We'll help you work out which of them matter for your business and your industry.
Do you do AI search optimization?
Yes. More and more people are asking ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI answers who to hire, and those tools read a site differently than a search engine does. They pull an answer out of your words and your structured data instead of ranking a page of links, so we write and structure your content so your business is the one they name.
Do you build apps and custom software?
We do, and we've shipped several of our own. If your business needs a booking system, a customer portal, an internal tool or a mobile app, we build it rather than farming it out.
What happens after launch?
You can host and manage the site yourself and send changes over as they come up, quoted before we start on them. Or take one of our care plans, where hosting, backups, updates and your edits are covered every month. Either way the site and the code are yours.
