We measure, draw and price the whole build up front. No allowances that quietly double at the end.
Built on a proper base
Every patio goes down on compacted granular with real drainage. It's the step nobody sees and the reason it stays flat.
You see it before we build it
A 3D model of your actual yard, so you're approving a backyard rather than imagining one from a line drawing.
We finish before we start the next
One build at a time per crew. Nobody vanishes for three weeks with your yard open.
Five-year workmanship warranty
In writing, on settlement, drainage and the hardscape itself. We come back because it's cheaper than building it twice.
Fifteen years, same crew, same standard.
We started cutting grass in Leaside with one mower and a trailer. Fifteen years on we design and build the whole backyard, but the promise hasn't changed: show up when we say, leave the site tidy, and charge what we quoted.
You get one crew and one point of contact for the entire build, with a drawn plan and a fixed price before anything gets torn out.
You'll deal with the people doing the work.
There's no call centre and no account manager. The person who designs your backyard is on site the week it gets built, and they're the one you text when you want the steps moved half a metre.
Everyone on the truck is on payroll, insured, and WSIB covered. We don't subcontract out the base prep and hope it goes well, because that's the part you can't fix later.
